THE FUNFAB MAKER COMMUNITY

Good games
get better
together.

We’re building tools that help game makers bring ideas to life—and use data science, collaboration, and playtesting to make them great before release.

We work together in a private Discord. Tell us about yourself, and we’ll explore whether there’s a fit.

Ideas become games through the people who work on them.

A DOZEN OTHERS ARE BUILDING WITH US

Make. Play. Learn.
Then make it better.

Brian Schneider, Paul Barclay, and Mike Jimenez have each been making games for decades. We’re building a toolset and a community where game makers can share the work of making something worth playing.

01

Bring the idea to life.

Explore the rules, the experience, and the people you want to make a game for. Turn the idea into something people can try.

02

Learn from the play.

Combine data science techniques with observation and player feedback. Use what you learn to ask better questions about the design.

03

Build with other people.

Collaborate, compare perspectives, and improve the game before release. The aim is a direct connection between game makers and their audiences.

A WAY TO CONTRIBUTE

Give a game
your perspective.

Our private host tools support content packs for Bluff Bureau, Plot Twist, Blackout, and Oddly Alike. Review a draft, validate its content, and save a published version for that room. A new version keeps earlier published versions intact.

These tools are part of our private testing workflow. They are not a public marketplace or an open publishing service. If you’d like to write prompts, make a game, or help test one, start with a conversation about the community.
