By using FunFab (the "Service"), operated by FunFab.io, a corporation ("we," "us"), at funfab.io, you agree to these terms. The Service includes this website and, where made available, browser game rooms, creator tools, and the FunFab Twitch Extension. When you use FunFab on Twitch, Twitch’s own terms and community rules also apply.

Acceptable use

• Be a decent human. Content you submit (answers, names shown) must not be illegal, hateful, harassing, or violate Twitch's Community Guidelines.
• Submitted content is moderated and may be held, rejected, or removed by the channel's broadcaster/moderators or by us at any time.
• Do not cheat, disrupt games, access someone else’s room or content without permission, or bypass security controls.

Your content

You keep ownership of the answers and original creator content you write, but you grant the broadcaster and us a non-exclusive license to store, process, moderate, and display them as needed to run the Service, including in the game and on the host’s broadcast. Only submit content you have the right to share. Published contributions may appear in stream recordings or clips that we do not control.

Playing and hosting

FunFab is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the Service with a parent or guardian’s permission. Hosts are responsible for running their rooms and reviewing audience content. We may restrict access for abuse or violations of these terms.

This website provides illustrative game examples. Public multiplayer and the Twitch Extension are not available yet, and no paid offerings are on sale here. If we introduce paid offerings, their price and applicable terms will be available before checkout.

Bits & reactions

Where enabled in eligible Twitch sessions, reactions activated using Twitch Bits are cosmetic and consumable — they add a visual moment on the broadcast and never affect scoring or who wins. Twitch processes Bits transactions under its own terms. No Bits purchases are available on this public website.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunFab.io is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
